Automate Your Job Search with Human Control.

JobTrackr uses an AI Agent powered by BrowserUse to intelligently fill out applications, but always requires your mandatory approval before submission. Apply faster, apply better.

Designed for real job searches

Not another “AI demo.” Just practical tools to keep you organized, save time on applications, and understand what’s actually working.

📋

Stay organized

One place for every application

Log roles from any job board into a single dashboard, keep notes, and see the latest status without hunting through email or spreadsheets.

⌨️

Save time

Stop re-typing the same answers

Store your profile once—experience, skills, education, and basics—and reuse it across applications instead of filling out the same forms over and over.

📦

Guided automation

Queue roles and let it run

Add jobs to a queue and let the automation handle the busywork of opening application pages and filling forms using your saved profile.

You stay in control

You approve every application

Nothing is submitted without you. Review the filled-out application, make edits if you’d like, and approve or reject with a single click.

📈

Analytics & funnel

See what’s working (and what isn’t)

Track how many roles you’ve applied to, where they came from, and how far they progress in your pipeline so you can focus on channels that convert.

🕒

Real-world workflows

Follow up with context

Keep a history of applications, notes, and responses so you know exactly when you applied, what you sent, and when it’s time to follow up.

How JobTrackr Works

Save your information once, queue up roles, and let the agent handle the busywork while you review every application before it goes out.

1

Save your profile & queue roles

Create a structured profile with your basics, experience, and skills, upload your resume, and drop job links into the Queue page. JobTrackr keeps everything tied to your account so you don't have to start from scratch for each application.

2

The agent fills out applications for you

From the Agent page, start the queue runner. Behind the scenes, JobTrackr opens each job link in a browser, finds the application form, and fills in fields like name, contact info, work history, and basic questions using your saved profile and resume data. You can see what it's doing through real-time logs.

3

You review, approve, and track

Before anything is submitted, the agent pauses and sends an approval prompt. You review the filled-out application, make any final edits, and hit Approve or skip. JobTrackr records the submission, updates your application status, and moves on to the next role in your queue.

From the Agent page you can pause or stop the queue, skip individual jobs, and clear logs at any time — the agent never submits an application without your explicit approval.
